- Comply with legal obligations3. Data Storage and SecurityCloud Storage: Your images and account data are stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud infrastructure provider. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.AI Processing: Images are processed using OpenAI's image generation APIs. When you create an edit, your image is temporarily transmitted to OpenAI's API for the sole purpose of generating AI-edited images requested by the user. We do not store your images with OpenAI beyond what is necessary to process your request. - Images are transmitted securely using HTTPS encryption
- OpenAI processes images in their US-based data centersData Retention by AI Provider:- By default, OpenAI does not use API inputs or outputs submitted through our application to train their models.
- By default, OpenAI may retain API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days for abuse and misuse monitoring, unless otherwise required by law.
- We do not control OpenAI's internal data handling beyond what is described in their published API policies.Your Control:- AI-generated results are stored in your personal gallery within PupStyle
- You can delete your AI-generated content from our servers at any time
- Deleting your account removes all stored images from our serversImportant: Please do not upload images containing sensitive personal information, faces of people without their consent, or confidential documents, as they will be processed by AI services.6. Analytics and Error MonitoringWe use third-party services such as PostHog and Sentry to understand how PupStyle is used, improve app performance, detect crashes, and fix bugs.PostHog may receive limited product usage events, such as app opens, onboarding completion, generation events, paywall views, subscription status changes, and other app interaction events. These events may be associated with an internal user identifier, such as a Supabase user ID.Sentry may receive crash reports, error logs, device/app diagnostic information, and limited technical details needed to diagnose and fix app issues.We do not intentionally send dog photos, generated images, image prompts, dog names, email addresses, passwords, payment card information, API keys, or authentication tokens to PostHog or Sentry.We use this information for analytics, app functionality, debugging, crash prevention, and improving PupStyle.
